Но с чего же это все начиналось? Как простой парень из обычной семьи, которому, казалось, предначертана военная карьера, добился таких высот в бизнесе, не имея при этом связей? Роман Викторович родился в 1969 году в городе Ленинград в семье военных. Как это обычно бывает, постоянные переезды, друзья и знакомые только из военного окружения родителей дали свои плоды – после окончания школы Роман Викторович решил получить военное образование. Когда растешь в семье военного офицера, невольно сам привыкаешь к постоянной дисциплине, контролю и учишься брать ответственность за любое свое деяние. Прожилки бизнесмена у Романа Василенко начали проявляться в военном училище, где, помимо военного образования, Роман Викторович получил также экономическое . Стоит заметить, что во время учебы Роман Викторович был очень требовательным к себе, штудировал книжки от корки до корки, стараясь получить больше знаний. В 1990 году Роман Викторович закончил Ярославское военное училище и продолжил служить в военно-морском флоте в Ленинграде в звании офицера, но в 1998 году решил уйти в отставку с правого ношения формы в звании майора, сейчас он этим очень гордится и дорожит. Имея за плечами багаж экономических знаний, он начинал работать в финансово-консалтинговой компании и задержался там надолго. Начиная свой карьерный путь с должности простого консультанта он своим упорством дорос до управляющего директора. На этом он не остановился, будучи патриотом своей страны и проработав за рубежом достаточное количество времени, решил вернуться на родину, чтобы заняться собственным делом. При этом Роман Викторович не переставал совершенствоваться, всегда находился в поиске новых знаний, проходил курсы, семинары у именитых лекторов европейских стран, обучался во Франции, Швейцарии, Венгрии, Австрии и США. Накопив достаточный, по его мнению, багаж знаний, он организовал собственную фирму. К сожалению, он совершил ошибку – сделал это не один, а с напарником, который оставил Романа Василенко ни с чем. Выйдя на стабильный и головокружительный доход, напарник решил оформить все документы на себя. А ведь люди пришли в компанию из-за Романа Викторовича, ведь именно его безупречная офицерская карьера служила гарантом безопасности. На тот момент Роману Викторовичу это казалось не столь важным, поэтому не сломило его. Роман Викторович начал активно участвовать в жизни своей страны, особенно пытался заострить внимание на социально-значимых проектах. Ведь именно тогда участились разводы среди молодежи. Как выяснилось, причинами большинства из них служили бытовые ссоры, скандалы из-за отсутствия своего жилья и проблем финансового характера. Тогда ему в голову пришла гениальная мысль о создании ЖК Best Way с объединением в нем основных принципов сетевого маркетинга и обычного жилищного кооператива. Благодаря привлечению новых членов кооператива компания стала набирать обороты с огромной скоростью и большим потенциалом. Роман Василенко является – обладатель многочисленных наград, потому что действительно увлечен тем, что делает. Самым основным принципом своей работы Роман Викторович считает умение доверять людям. Именно благодаря доверию количество его единомышленников растет молниеносно. Каждый участник созданного им жилищного кооператива понимает, что от него, как и от каждого другого участника ЖК, зависит скорость приобретения жилья и продвижения очереди. У Романа Викторовича огромное количество благодарственных писем, он лауреат государственных премий за вклад в развитие страны, «Человек года - 2015». Несмотря на это, он остается простым человеком, открытым для разговоров. Тем, кто пытается рассказать людям то, что знает сам, не устает делиться знаниями. В бизнес-академии он часто проводит очные встречи с коллегами, делится мыслями и умениями, получает огромный багаж знаний в ответ. Люди, умеющие находить выход из любых ситуаций, достойны отдельного внимания. Роман Викторович Василенко на деле показывает, что если есть желание, то помочь простым людям можно всегда. И не показательно помочь один раз, как это привыкли у нас делать, а научить людей приспосабливаться к окружающей среде. Научить людей не просто выживать и существовать день ото дня, а расти с каждым днем, набираясь знаний и опыта.
